The REPOLEN® system for hydrosanitary installations, provided that it is used in accordance with the instructions given in the Technical Manual, is covered by an insurance policy agreed between REBOCA, S.L. and Compañía Comercial Unión; Policy nº 65.132.771 to a value of 1.202.024,21 €.

THE CONDITIONS GOVERNING THIS GUARANTEE ARE:
- To send the guarantee certificate within 10 days of completing the installation.
- The pipes and connections must be installed in accordance with the instructions, wamings and recommendations contained in the REPOLEN® Technical Manual.
- All pipes and connections must be exclusively REPOLEN® pipes and connections.
- Insurance coverage will apply for ten years from the date marked on the pipe. Within this period of time we shall compensate for any damages to people or things caused by the breakage of any faulty REPOLEN® pipe or connection up to a limit of 1.202.024,21 €.

THE GUARANTEE IS INVALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- The joining of the pipe and connection, even thoug accidental, with a source of heat that has a temperature and pressure incompatible with the characteristics of the material used in the REPOLEN® system.
- Ignoring the instructions, warnings and recommendations given in the REPOLEN® Technical Manual.
- Using clearly defective materials (split pipes or connections, etc).
- Using components not manufactured by REPOLEN® / REBOCA, S.L, in the installation.
- Bad or defective welding due to inappropriate fittings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLAMING ON THE GUARANTEE
Should damages be due to a pipe or fi-tting, bearing in mind the adove mentioned exceptions, a registered letter should be sent to REBOCA, S.L. describing the type of damage caused. A piece of the damaged pipe or connection should also be sent as well as the Guarantee certificate, containing:
- The place and date of installation
- The name and address of the installer
- The date of production marked on the pipe Our company, having received this, shall, whithin a reasonable period of time , undertake all the necessary procedures and send on the documents received to the Insurance Company. Any expense caused to REBOCA, S.L, in this dealings with the Insurance Company will be met by the claimant, should the reasons for the breakage not be any of those covered by the guarantee.
