1.-ORDERS
Orders are only considered firm after REBOCA agrees to them.

2 .-DELIVERY PERIOD
The delivery period for orders is only an estimate.

3 .-RISKS
The customer, on removing the merchandise, assumes all transportation risks.

4 .-CLAIMS
REBOCA shall not accept claims that arrive later than ten days from the merchandise being removed.

5 .-PAYMENTS CONDITIONS
The payment office is in the REBOCA offices in L'Olleria (Valencia-Spain).

6 .-PROPERTY RIGHTS
The merchandise is the property of REBOCA until the customer has finished paying for it.
