Permanent characterstics
Tests have allowed us to assess the performance of the C.PP REPOLEN system.
We are highly confident of its excellent performance for a period of at least
50 years in continuous use provided that it is used within the limits set
out in Figure A.
Low load loss
REPOLEN pipes and fittings present low load losses due to the smoothness of
their internal surfaces and the nature of the materials used which prevent
the formation of limy incrusta- tions.
High resistance to corrosion
PP.R has a high resistance to the aggressive nature of most chemical substances
and to electro-chemical corrosion. For carrying chemical substances or water
with additives the spedifications in Appendix 1 of Standard DIN 8078 apply.
High resistance to internal abrasion
This is evident when there are strong water flows. Low heat dispersion coefficient.
Important for eliminating the condensation effect.
Healthiness of the REPOLEN system
The raw material used in our processes fulfil the technical- sanitary regulation
on the use of polymerics destined to come into contact with food, according
to the European Economic Community Guidelines.
